Refund policy
We are committed to delivering high-quality services tailored to our clients' needs. Due to the nature of consulting work, time and expertise are our primary offerings. As such, the following refund policy applies:
Consultation Fees
All consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has occurred. If a consultation is canceled with at least 48 hours' notice, clients may reschedule at no additional cost.Project-Based Services
For larger engagements (e.g., strategy development, training, audits), refunds may be granted under the following conditions:If the client cancels the project before work begins, a full refund minus any administrative fees will be issued.
If the project is canceled after work has started, a partial refund may be provided, based on the percentage of work completed and any expenses incurred.
No refunds will be issued once the project is 75% or more complete.
Retainers and Monthly Packages
Retainer fees and recurring monthly service packages are non-refundable. Services can be paused or rescheduled with proper notice (minimum 14 days), depending on the terms of the agreement.Client Dissatisfaction
If a client is unsatisfied with the services provided, we encourage prompt communication. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and provide a resolution, which may include service revisions or credits toward future work.Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or emergencies). In such cases, services may be rescheduled.
Fulfillment policy
We are dedicated to delivering exceptional consulting services that align with the goals and expectations of our clients. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how services are rendered, timelines for delivery, and mutual responsibilities to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
Service Delivery
Consulting services will be delivered as outlined in the client agreement or proposal. Services may include, but are not limited to:
One-on-one consultations
Group workshops or training sessions
Strategic planning and assessments
Report generation or documentation
Ongoing advisory services
All deliverables and meeting formats (virtual or in-person) will be agreed upon before project initiation.
2. Project Timeline
Each engagement includes a mutually agreed-upon start date, key milestones, and an expected completion date. Timelines may vary depending on:
Scope of work
Client responsiveness and availability
Complexity of the deliverables
Adjustments to the timeline must be communicated in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective fulfillment of services, clients are expected to:
Provide access to relevant information, documents, or team members
Communicate availability and scheduling preferences promptly
Offer timely feedback or approvals when required
Adhere to agreed-upon payment schedules
Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact the quality or timeline of deliverables.
4. Delivery of Final Work
Final deliverables, such as reports, strategic plans, or completed sessions, will be delivered via email, client portal, or another agreed-upon method. Services are considered fulfilled upon:
Completion of all deliverables as outlined in the agreement
Conducting of all scheduled sessions or meetings
Delivery of final documentation or reports
5. Delays and Rescheduling
If a delay is expected on either side, written notice must be provided as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests.
6. Third-Party Services
If any aspect of the service involves third-party providers (e.g., software tools, training platforms, printing), we will communicate those dependencies clearly. While we coordinate these aspects, we are not liable for delays or issues outside of our control.
7. Completion and Closure
Upon successful fulfillment of the services, a final confirmation email will be sent. Clients may request a post-engagement review session or a wrap-up meeting if included in the scope of work.
